Registration & Abstract Submission

You can register by filling the Registration Form , where your abstract should be input in Latex style.

The Registration Fee:

240 US$ if you attend the meeting only;

+30 US$ if you join the half-day excursion in the afternoon on July 23;

+10 US$ if you join the group tour to view the eclipse in the morning on July 22

The elementary registration fee (240 US$) covers a welcome reception on July 23 evening, tea/coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting (July 24-26), local folk opera viewing on July 24, a banquet on July 25, and a copy of the meeting abstracts.

Payment of the Registration Fee:

You can pay your registration fee at the reception desk (in cash or credit card?).

 

About Accompanying Persons:
The accompanying persons also need to fill a Registration Form for accompanying persons so that we can send you the invitation letter.
All the expenses should be paid by yourselves if you want to attend our social events. The money will be collected on the registration desk (in cash).

The estimated prices for the social events during the meeting:
  • Banquet: 15 US$
  • Lunches: 30 US$ (3 days from Jul. 24 to 26)
  • Excursions in the city (see Meeting Program for details): 40 US$

For Participants from Mainland China:

The participants from mainland China can pay the registration fee in Chinese Yuan (RMB). For details, please contact LOC via email solarmeeting@gmail.com.
